QMS = BMS (Quality Management Systems = Business Management Systems)

Success is not possible without Quality. Brand acceptance is not possible without Quality. Customer satisfaction is not possible without Quality. Risk prevention is not possible without Quality. Winning is not possible without Quality.

The alternative to Quality is failure. What do you want for your organization, success or failure? Today’s presentation will convince you that Quality should be the hub of excellence for leading companies. Quality Management Systems (QMS) have been demonstrated to have positive effects on business financial performance and customer service for many years. Building a Quality organization can be a demanding task. Discussion will include how to leverage Quality as a continuous improvement philosophy, as a leadership development system and how to prosper with your supply chain. We will explore how to plant seeds and implement the proper flow of activities: organizational principles, quality principles and employee fulfillment to assure consistent world-class results that satisfies your customer’s needs.

Two recent case studies with remarkable business culture changes will be presented.

  1. Creating a Lean Quality Culture
  2. Establishing a Quality Compliance and Risk Management Culture Expected

Takeaways:

  1. Your Quality Management System (QMS) should be your Business Management System (BMS)
  2. Good Quality Systems lead to Lean savings
  3. Successful Change Management always includes establishing a culture of Quality
  4. Customer’s demand top quality, organizations must meet their customer’s requirements
  5. You can do it, your organization can do it – there is no alternative!
  6. Quality is your culture.
