New Opportunity – Social Networking Coordinator
We have an important opportunity for a volunteer to take a key new role in implementation and maintenance of our LinkedIn group site and dynamic content on this chapter website in support of the VP Publicity. Overall objective is to improve timeliness and quality of content in both channels to make content more relevant and valuable for all community members. The role is largely as a facilitator to secure content from various chapter experts and edit/post the content for public consumption. If you are interested, please contact the President, VP Finance or another Board of Directors member.
Volunteering for APICS Orange County Chapter is an excellent way to give back to the supply chain community, learn and grow personally and to expand and strengthen connections within APICS and beyond. Board of Director executive officer positions provide opportunities to take a key leadership role. Many are supported by standing committees to help execute and streamline the essential functions of the chapter. Additional roles exist to participate in committees to facilitate unique events or handle special projects. If you’re interested in contributing, attend a Board of Director’s meeting (third Wednesday of each month) or contact any BoD member.
