"The New APICS Lean Workshop Series -
Navigating the Road of On-going Improvement"

Presented by William (Bill) Garrison, Project Consultant/Adviser Boeing RPP Division (bio)

When I first heard about the new Lean Workshop Series offering and being a Lean and Six Sigma devotee and a ”practical practitioner” I was rather skeptical of this program – Was it just another “hot flavor of the moment” or a “fresh coat of paint on an old product?” But, after attending a week-long train-the-trainer in Chicago where the program was delivered by both an APICS and LEI instructor – This was not your “dad’s same old sedan.” APICS Has hit a homerun !!!

The Workshop Series provides a roadmap, strategy, and operational philosophy to implement and sustain process improvements. It aligns well in addressing the challenges and opportunities of Today’s economic storm and positions one for the future when we see “clear skies.”

To introduce the Workshop Series to potential trainers, individuals and/or organizations looking for roadmap/powerful tool set, for a Lean initiative, come visit us at the dinner meeting on 04/21/2010. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed.
