Roly White is an independent provider of education and situation management services. His prior experience includes twenty-four years with IBM assisting customers and prospects in the selection, implementation, and use of IBM and complementry products. His industry experience has primarily been in manufacturing, but also includes process, distribution, utilities, and insurance. Roly has been active in APICS for more than twenty-five years. He is a past president of the Orange County, California chapter and has been involved in chapter seminars as a presenter and course developer for many years. He has presented at APICS chapter meetings and seminars throughout Southern California and at two APICS International Conferences. He served nine years on the Systems and Technologies Certification Committee and is currently on the Execution & Control of Operations Certification Committee.
Casey Kleindienst is an accomplished leader in the field of Supply Chain Management. He has seventeen years experience in designing and implementing business management systems for manufacturers and distributors within the medical device, digital device, and food industries. He has built innovative, multi-site information systems for supply chain operations, enterprise resource planning, distribution requirements planning, total quality management and lean manufacturing applications. He has developed a virtual matrix management model as a means of project implementation. Casey has managed key functions including, international marketing, international operations, manufacturing, supply and materials management, distribution and field service. Customer facing expertise comes from 10 years of direct sales and consulting. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and B. S. Marketing from Cal State Long Beach. He is an adjunct instructor for Cal State Fullerton (Operations Planning and Control); University of Phoenix (Supply Chain Management); and Orange Coast College (Inventory Management). As a CPIM, Casey has been a seminar trainer and public speaker for APICS during the last ten years. Vice President of Supply Operations with LeVecke Inc. David Vandegrift has over twenty years’ experience in process improvement, user education, systems design and operations management. He has worked in various industries as a buyer/planner, inventory control manager, ERP implementer, and systems analyst. Certified CPIM in 1985, David is active in the Orange County Chapter of APICS as VP of Finance. As a direct result
of his APICS involvement and commitment, he recently joined Jade Products
of the Maytag Corporation as Business Integration Analyst.
